Carpet Car Mats
Carpet car mats are cut from OEM-specific patterns for your exact vehicle — not a universal size, not an adaptation. The floor outline, fixing clip positions and pile density are chosen for your model and manufacturing year. They look like they were made for the car because they were.
Standard pile carpet mats are available in seven colours: black, charcoal, grey, beige, red, blue, and camel. Three edging options — standard, stitched, and leather-effect — let you match the existing interior trim or give it something slightly different. Luxury pile is available as an upgrade on the same base pattern.
Standard carpet or luxury pile?
Standard pile carpet mats are the most ordered option on our books — durable, good-looking, available in seven colours and suitable for the vast majority of cars. They use the same pattern base as all our other mat types and carry the same 18-month warranty. Standard pile holds its shape well in normal use and vacuums clean without difficulty.
Luxury deep-pile carpet is a step up in material quality. The pile is denser, the feel is softer underfoot and the stitched edging (which comes as standard on the luxury option) gives a cleaner finish to the perimeter. It's a popular choice for the BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Mercedes E-Class and Volkswagen Passat — cars where the factory interior is noticeably well-finished and a standard mat would look slightly out of place by comparison. If you're looking at the luxury option, see our luxury car mats page for more detail.
Colour and edging options
Edging choices: standard overlock (included), stitched colour edge, leather-effect border. Edging colour can be matched or contrasted to the pile colour. All combinations are available on every mat pattern.
Frequently asked questions
Can I wash carpet car mats?
Yes, but not in a washing machine. Vacuum first, then spot-clean with a damp cloth and upholstery cleaner if needed. Allow to dry fully before fitting — fitting damp mats accelerates mould growth under the mat. For genuinely heavy soiling, rubber mats are a better choice.
What's the difference between standard and luxury pile?
Density and feel. Standard pile is practical and durable — suitable for everyday use in the vast majority of vehicles. Luxury pile is thicker, softer underfoot and comes with stitched edging as standard. The pattern and fit are identical.
Can I have different colours front and rear?
Yes. The configurator lets you select colour and edging per set position. Front driver, front passenger and rear can each be configured independently if you want a different look.
Are fixing clips included?
Yes, always. The clips are specific to your vehicle and included with every order at no extra charge.
